My complaint:
I am writing to request refunds for flight vouchers for flight which I am unable to take due to Covid.
On Saturday 11th July we are meant to be flying back from Palanga to Dublin. R859PG . FR5611.
We are unable to make this flight as our accommodation has been cancelled in Lithuania B5TF4G. FR2971
Already I had send claim form for back flight refund. But no answer.

Please could I have a full refund.
I did NOT want to change the flight as it costs much more. And I didn’t get chance to change it no extra fees.
I would like a full refund for back flight, like all the other airlines are offering, or indeed voucher.
