My complaint:
We had flights booked to and from Poland on 26-03-2020 and 30-03-2020 which due to covid 19 were cancelled. I applied for a full cash refund and was informed it would take up to 7 working days. After waiting a month from cancellation date i have recieved an email offering me vouchers but with an option if i still want a cash refund . When i click on the cash refund link it re-directs to no possible refund option. After numerous emails to and fro with Ryanair i turn to you for assistance.My flight booking Ref is:JDJ9XE with flight Nos:FR1724 and FR1725.
Suggested solution:
By giving me a full cash refund within a reasonable time .
