My complaint:

Due to current COVID 19 crisis my flight for myself and three friends was cancelled I applied for a refund which took over two weeks. It was accepted and explained it may take a little longer due to the crisis but after 4 weeks instead of a refund I received a voucher that had to be used within 12 months. I believe Ryanair have done this to many people it’s not acceptable and not only that doesn’t comply with the legislation they have to abide with.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money as originally stated.
