My complaint:
June 18 Milan to Krakow..late leaving and cattle lines for boarding, waiting on the airless stairwell, waiting again on the tarmac in the hot sun.
July 7 Rome to Dublin… late leaving, overcrowded waiting area, rowdy flight with large group of teenagers and no staff asking them to be considerate.
July10…Dublin to Lisbon…you guessed it one hour delay announced minutes before boarding! NEVER AGAIN!!
Suggested solution:
BE ON TIME!! Is that too much to ask? Organize boarding as though you care about your customers comfort. I’m still waiting to leave Dublin.
