My complaint:

We bought two tickets via a friend and a mistake was made as far as the date of birth for our 14 year old daughter when entered. instead of 2008 it was entered as 2006. However our daughter was travelling with both her parents. The girl at the counter at Marseille airport, started shouting and shouting at us saying we are LIARS! and that we purposely bought her an adult ticket and that she cannot fly on her own. We said she is indeed flying with her parents who are both there with her but on a seperate ticket but we are all sitting together. She insisted that we are to pay 30€ because she is below 18 and it is not allowed under `french law. I told her that we are not FRENCH RESIDENCE though we are all French Nationals, she shouted back, that has nothing to do with it Pay up now or you will be denied entry!
I told her that she should know that we are not living in France , NOT a FRENCH RESIDENT and that she is not viable by the French rule she mentioned.
That lady picked up the phone threatening to ask her colleague at the gate to deny us entry.
That staff of yours caused our family a lot of shame and distress that I suffered acute migraine for the whole day as a result of her continuous screaming. I demand a full compensation due to the way she treated us and demanded an unrightly payment like this.

Suggested solution:

Apologise and refund
