My complaint:

On Monday July 11-2022 I proceeded to check-in for FR331 London Luton to Dublin @ 06.30 the next day.
After about 20 minutes of obstruction, including at one point Ryanair not being able to find the booking, I received the ‘You are checked in!’
As I had declined to pay extra for ‘seat allocation’ the site said a seat would be allocated automatically.
When I checked my emails at 03.00 there was no further advice from Ryanair.
I presented at Ryanair at Luton Airport at 05.15, and was told they wanted a further £55 as a penalty for not checking in.
I have digital proof of most of the above.
Booking ref: DBN29J

Suggested solution:

Reimburse all travel expenses, including for an onward flight to Donegal.
