My complaint:
i have book my flight and after 30 mins i remember that i cant travel coz I’m going to travel to anther country and i ask Ryanair to cancel my flight to get refund to my card or to my RyanAir account wallet they dont accept coz they dont have policy to cancel flight so this mean i will lose my money 200 euro, they should have an option to cancel flight before 24 hours coz we dont know what can happed and sometimes we forget we are humans not robots, they should go case by case not like blind follow the rules only.
Suggested solution:
they should allow flight cancellation with 24 hours of booking or they go case by case, everyone make mistakes its not fair that i will lose my money 200 euro by mistake and i cant change my flight that is not an option if i could i would have change it no need to tell me and they should teach there employees how to talk with there customer with some respect.
