My complaint:
I booked 2 flights from Exeter to Alicante return for one week holiday. somehow I have been charged for taking two 20kl bags per person per flight. I only booked one bag per person, didnt know you could even book more!
Suggested solution:
i would like a refund from Ryan air for the extra baggage I didnt book, or inadvertently got fooled into booking the same thing twice.
