My complaint:

I had paid 28 euros for 2 cabin bags for return flights, but I also had a handbag, so one of the stewardess said that I had 3 bags and told me I would have to put one of them in the hold.. Then she proceeded to charge me 50 euros, I have the receipt.. Also even though I paid 28 euro for the bags each way.. I won’t be bringing any luggage home only my handbag. So essentially I got charged 74 euro for 2 cabin bags.

Suggested solution:

By returning the money back to me or give me a voucher for same

3 years ago - I usually travel light but because my friend has a place in Spain, I was bringing some bedding over and booked on 2 cabin bags which cost 14 euros each way, even though I would be travelling back with only a handbag. But when I got to the check in desk, I was told I had 3 bags because I had my handbag also.. So I was charged 50 euro and my second bag put in the hold.. There was a couple beside me with the same size bag and the staff took their bags from them and charged them 25 euros.. The plane was half full with loads of overhead storage.. I'm shocked and outraged at this treatment and I fly with Ryanair at least 3 times a year..
