My complaint:
We book are flights January 2020 to travel 9thaugust 2020 a family of 7 people.
2 people in the party have taken an illness and can’t travel. Live chats with Ryanair told us to fill in a refund form and attach the medical evidence it would allow you to attach one copy of evidence, live chat again said that information was wrong and we should fill in a contact form, again which we have done and attached the two pieces of medical evidence. No response from Ryanair. Phone contact. With Ryanair and there attitude is use it or loose it.
Ryanair is also flying against the foreign office regulations and quarantine both in the north and south of Ireland.
We paid €2500. For the flights and they are now looking another €1100. to change to 2021.
I can go on to there web site and book 7 flights for 2021 at the cost of €1200.00
Disgraceful of Ryanair
People are being penalised for booking before covid
