My complaint:
I ordered a big package containing friends Christmas gifts on November 30th. I even made sure to get better shipping. It estimated that even with the delays I should get my package at the latest on the 24th. Now after checking countless times I see it’s been in my state and in a city near me for 2 weeks and hasn’t moved. I’ve ordered things using usps shipping and they’ve gotten here before my Romwe package even got to my area. I’m absolutely livid right now. I know there are delays but Jesus! Now instead of the 24 they’re saying it should be here on the 28. I had things for Christmas in there!
Suggested solution:
Contact the shipping providers and see why there’s such a backup and fix it!
