My complaint:
The order was supposed to be delivered between 22nd-25th Dec but there hasn’t been any update in tracking information since 10th Dec. It’s a normal courtesy to communicate the delay, if it all happens. But regardless, no such communication has happened nor do I know when exactly will I receive my item. I mean what the hell? That was the gift I was supposed to give today which it ofcourse doesn’t make any sense now, does it?

I don't know, why don't you tell me how will you resolve the issue now?
