My complaint:
Ordered 5 pieces, all XL. The company has 2 sizing charts.
I can’t recall when an order was this bad. All 5 items were different, all were sized wrong,
Suggested solution:
Make ONE sizing chart, using all of the options on one chart. Make the sizes right.
I am a size 16 USA, I ordered accordingly.
I got 5 pieces that were size 12 or equivalent.
The tags show size 12.
I am asking for a refund. I washed the items, as I always do prior to wearing so I do not wish to return them.
