My complaint:
Hi regarding my order as Zhelle said I would like option 2. The items to be sent to my address and Refund of the rest of the items out of stock to my card thanks. I don’t know why they didn’t contact me as soon as the order was sent back to them! Furthermore any replies from agent don’t come to my email I have to search myself. They should finally solve this. Why was a message sent to me about rate zhelles service when she hadn’t completed my case! I was waiting on the delivery thinking everything would be ok now. Very bad service! Regards, Hera
