My complaint:
I ordered quite an expensive package from ROMWE. A few days after the time frame was moved I started asking customer service what was happening. I tried many days in a row and they couldnt give me an answer. Finally they say my package was returned to them because it shipped unsuccessfully. I tried getting a refund but you can only get a refund with items you return. I didnt get my package so I couldnt return it and therefore I couldnt get a refund for all the money I spent.
Suggested solution:
They should make refunds available for every package that doesnt arrive or else they're stealing customers money which is against the law.
