ROMWE complaint: Did not receive my order

My complaint:

I have two account with ROMWE, I have been a returning customer for years. This is the first time I never received my package but it seems impossible to get anywhere with their customer service. I contacted USPS, I left a note for my neighbors and asked the ones close, I waited 72 hours, still nothing. It is not the wrong address or anything like that, I have used the same address for all my orders throughout the years. I ordered these for a special occasion and would be very disappointed if I did not get this resolved. I sadly would have to stop using ROME.

Suggested solution:

Please resend my last order. I would greatly appreciate it.
