My complaint:
I ordered 5 items from romwe, and they shipped pretty quick. However, the company did not list my apartment number in the address, therefore USPS would not deliver it. I contacted USPS and they said the package was sent back to the sender. That happened January 26, 2021. I have tried contacting customer service; you only get a robot that tells you the same thing over and over. When tracking the package it just says in, arriving late. That was on January 30, 2021. It’s now February 18, 2021 and still can’t figure out whether they are going to resend the package with the apartment number or if I’m getting a refund. At this point, I would be happy to get either.
Suggested solution:
Either resend the package with the apartment number or refund my money
