My complaint:
I having been waiting for a package and it finally says delivery but it wasn’t. There was nothing when I checked, I asked my neighbors and even tried contacting romwe and my local postal office but nothing worked. I would like to know where my package is and what the problem is.
Suggested solution:
Please just send me my package, I have a tracking number if that is needed.
