My complaint:

I made an order of about $450 through the app and that granted me free express shipping. I placed the order on April 4th and the estimated shipping said it’d get here between April 12-14. I am only just now getting tracking notifications for my package and it’s saying that it hasn’t even left China, and that the delivery date is now expected to be the 21st or later.

Suggested solution:

I understand that COVID has slowed things down, but there was never any warning that said my package could potentially be delayed by a week or longer. And the fact that I chose express shipping and had to wait so long to receive any information on my order irritates me. Why is it only just now getting processed when it initially said it should be here today? This lack of information and communication makes me feel very doubtful that I will receive it at the new estimated date and that I will even have everything that I ordered.
