My complaint:
I ordered $106.44 worth of products for my daughter on this site where they said shipping and taxes were paid now a delivery guy from DHL came to my home on May 25th 2021 and said there was duty charges to be paid or she can’t have the package therefore he took the package because I was not paying additional cost this is false advertisement nowhere on the site does it say I had to pay duty
Suggested solution:
I feel you should honor what your sight says it says Romwe.ca free shipping taxes in therefore trying to screw me out of additional money once the package has already been delivered to my home and then taken from me from the delivery guy
