My complaint:
My account was frozen for no reason now they are requesting a driver’s license, and bank information x3 times now. I have bills I need to pay which are late. I do not know what to do.
Suggested solution:
allow me to have access to my money, I have done nothing wrong except to try and use my money to pay my bills
