My complaint:
case ID : 26981452 , about moth ago I was able to move money from Robinhood.com using 6 digit sms code which they send on my cell phone.
They now require 5to have robinhood app installed on my phone.
1 I do not have room at my phone for robinhood app
2. I have over 8 called to support to help me to resolve this problem which Robinhood create,
3 They fail to Understand or do not have desire to understand what is my real problem even after dozen of emails .
4. They do everything in there power not to resolve problem and do not try to id asking question what king of environment we are using
Suggested solution:
Restore broken functionality or waive ACAT fee so I can transfer my shares in kind out of Robinhood
