My complaint:
Notified Robinhood about my son passing away. My son was not married and had no children.
I submitted death certificate and other documents to the email Robinhood requested. It has been since August and I have not heard one word from Robinhood.
I have made multiple calls as well. No one seems to care.
Suggested solution:
Robinhood could resolve my situation by getting in touch with me so I am able to recover the money my son had invested with them.
