My complaint:
I have spent over a year fighting with this Robin Hood app to cash out my earnings The app continuously locks my account tells me that I can’t open or obtain any message for months after 1 year I have finally opened my account and try to withdraw. The Robin Hood app did not allow me to link a debit card or a bank card after a few more weeks a button that says receive pay Check by mail. I submit all of the information 11 days later, I received a check that has no account and I mean at the top of the check next to account it states None. Some guy from customer support had me on the phone for over an hour Lincoln has customer support technician’s device to my device through another app called connect to try to link my bank card this is starting to get a little crazy after sometime customer service wind up giving up he started to tell me there’s nothing that he can do right now He’s going to have to put in the system and then all of a sudden he tells me to hold on and then hangs up I had to call back but why go through all of that again after I have already been through so much I just wish to have all these things to stop happening I have to take a loss and suffer from not being helped.

But not lying saying that they're going to help someone and actually don't.
