My complaint:

Robinhood debited my account $75.00 that was not authorized. I did not transfer the money and there is no transaction on my account to show where they used the $75.00. This site is for buying and selling stock with my authorization. I did complain to them however they do not have a direct phone number to reach. They only respond with generic emails asking me for my bank statements and my information. They can see they withdrew the money – they have my information. I have since sold all my stock on their platform and closing account as soon as funds are available to transfer. Do not trust them
