My complaint:
I bought 2.938233 of ETC today Ethereum Classic and it was over $300 I didn’t see it in my list and, I got something saying I purchased $1.30 of it but, I didn’t . and my overall balance is showing over $868.69 out of that I only have $507.00 in Doge. My money is missing. I’ve emailed and sent messages and no fix. Come to find out it skyrocketed right before I bought it and now I’m out not only $300 but, what I could have possibly made for the day. I’m so sad because you know what $868.69 may not be much to some people but it is to me.
Suggested solution:
They need to fix it so that I either get my money back or purchase the stock. And what the heck is that $1.30 crap. Someone obviously messed up my order. I need it fixed.
