My complaint:
Hometowne Studios by Red Roof
Aurora Colorado
Put $100 hold on credit card as expected. Was told it would be released at checkout. It was not. They later charged the $100 to the card after I was gone. They do not answer calls or emails. Nothing I can do. Red roof corporate is inept.
Suggested solution:
Give my $100 back.
