My complaint:
I was appalled when I opened the door. I turned right around went back to front desk while he kept talking, laughing, with one of his buddies on the phone for say 15 minutes only to tell me there’s nothing he can do.
Suggested solution:
They really need to compensate me a room for a week even tho I stayed over a week. I was told they would change me rooms the next day. He acted like he didn’t say it but he finally said yeah I said but nothing I can do. All booked.
