My complaint:

Ok this is gonna be long cause it is 2 different complaints on 2 different days …ok I September 18th I had got a room I believe it was 201upstaries next to the office I paid 69$ and some change I am a 68 year old man . I stay her cause I liked it in the past well I pay all this money I had no TV it would not work the heater would not work for the air the bed by the wall next to the bathroom had dirt all in it and the carpet in-between the beds was very wet I go in to shower and the towels had black stuff all over them there was hair in the bathroom the I turn on the water to get someone to take my medicine feel of the socket to the sink then I proceed and go to bed the next day I am leaving with my granddaughter and watch the lady with long blonde hair sit and talk about my daughter to other people.

I don’t know if it’s staff or who it was but my daughter was carrying my belongings down she never stayed the I have to have 24 hours care so my granddaughter stayed the night with my grandson cause there don’t stay in Michigan.. so we end up leaving for the day call later that night made a reservation for later that night around 7.00 7.30 pm my daughter told her i would be there in a hour she said all set see u sooon . We get all the way up there and they say u are on the do not rent list i said why they said u was smokeing in the room and i have witness to tell i did not smoke in there i am on oxygen.so i belive they lied cause they seen my daughter carrying my stuff in the parking lot and they already put her on the the dont rent list saying someone ruined on the bed but it was just me and her that was back in July August ..

But thats what ever ..so last night 9-19-23 i got another room my granddaughter had to put it in her name i get upstaires to the room and the beds are not made i got eat by bed bugs and i pay to much for my room and we always make sure the rooms are clean before we leave so i am really disappointed and truely belive I should get a refund and some compations for all this i am disabled and my daughter and grand daughter is my care giver.

Suggested solution:

Give me half a refund for the 3 nights and deal with the long blonde hair lady that cleans rooms
