My complaint:
Had been staying there for over a month. My family was spending 3200 dollars a month for 2 rooms. I went in to get my card scanned and the woman working. Her name is Veronica. She asked me if that was my daughter who dropped me off. I told her yes I’ve had the flu and she came to take me to the store. She said she’s not allowed on the premises because of a situation with another girls room. Whom she kicked out also on weekly stays as I was. I said well my family is spending over 3000 dollars a month here. If she can’t come give me rides I guess I’ll be switching motels. She actually sent a girl to my room with a key to walk in and see if my daughter was there. I was very angry about that.
After she went home the gentleman who was working the next shift came to my room it was 10 or 11 that night and said my money has been refunded and to leave. I’m it started to snow like a blizzard. He came down to the room and said I’m going to call her and ask her what to do. She said leave . there was no one coming because the weather and I didn’t have a car. She had the police come force me to leave at 4 am. I was so humiliated and mad as hell because none of this was called for. I ended up with pneumonia because I was out in the weather. This woman was throwing out everyone who lived there. She is costing this company a lot of money. I was a good respectful customer. I want her fired

She no longer needs to be I charge if anything she\'s rude sneaky. She acts like she\'s the police. I was shocked over the whole situation and humiliated
