My complaint:
How can something so simple become so complicated. If this is the way business is run then there is no reason on earth to ever use either party. I have never experienced anything like this and I’ve been a traveler for many years with a travel blog and organization that have founded in 1979. This is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t assure a traveler any kind of financial safety. You want photo’s and you want me to pursue an investigation. I informed you the minute that I walked into that hotel that I wanted a complete refund. I did not stay at that property. It was under renovation. The rooms were disgusting. You or the Red Roof Inn should of warned all clients of this. In the mean time I’m out of my money and you guys got yours. I had a very difficult time during this encounter with this unhealthy hotel. I don’t expect any compensation from you nor the Red Roof Inn company, however I will definitely be trying to tell the public of tbe situation that I had to experience. Your company and the Red Roof Inn will never be used by me. I will let as many people that I can reach know that both are not reliable companies.
Suggested solution:
Pay me the money that us owed to me..I never stayed on the property
