My complaint:
Got to the room bathroom sink was leaking – walked to the front desk because they wouldn’t answer the phone – told them about it. Told them again two more times. Still yet to come fix the issue. And main reason we chose this hotel is offered laundry facility. Waited in line all day yesterday to do a load of laundry only to find out when I waited my turn – that all 3 machines are out of order. Complained and nothing done no one has any idea when they will be fixed. Filed complaint with Red Roof via email and no one has been in touch after verifying they got the complaint so still nothing is resolved. I won’t be staying with this hotel chain again if they don’t give a damn about their customers complaints issues. Very disappointing maddening to say the least
Suggested solution:
Fix the sink and Fix the washing machines. I feel like a free night or two stay or a refund - doesn't matter which is called for due to the situation and their lack of attention to the matter after having plenty of time to address the issue already
