My complaint:
I recently got a room for the night on April 1st.
I paid for the room for 1 night and paid a $50 deposit which was already supposed to be deposited back into my checking acct. Instead I checked it yesterday and they was trying to take $50 from me again. I need this resolved. I’ve called them numerous times and they keep putting me off.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $50 deposit. And for my time and having to email and call I would get a free night stay.
