My complaint:
This complaint is for Red Roof Inn in Temple Texas. I am a guest here at this location. I been here going on a month now and the staff is very courteous and pleasant since I been here, but this morning was very disturbing and not sure if she the new manager or not or what she is but the way she talk to the employees as a manager is very unacceptable especially when your employees is talking to you in a calm and civilized tone. The night shift young lady who was there most of the night and morning always smiling and very helpful, everytime i come in or need assistance she is always there to help, but this morning while I was getting my coffee I want to say the new lady came in and as the young lady from night shift was talking to her she started yelling screaming at her telling her she was gone fire her and write her up throwing her hands all up while the young lady was talking to her telling her she the mgr that she didn’t care what her issue was while she was talking Im not sure what the conversation was about but if it was anything about the way the woman talks to her im pretty sure the young lady was addressing it as she was suppose too and even tho the woman wouldnt let her or hear what she was saying I didnt feel as a guest n her as a manager a new manager at that should be talking to employees that way and I commend the young lady for not giving the woman the same energy that was given to her she remainded calm and pleasant while the lady was in the middle of the lobby still screaming she dont care she didnt want to hear it and storming out the door. The young lady still conduct herself with respect. Somebody needs to talk to the woman n address the issue about talking to employees the way she does because next will be a guest and that will be unacceptable.
