My complaint:
We checked out a 6am, received a call at 9:30 accusing us a stealing a pillow. Both my husband and I said there were two pillows when we went in and there were two when we left. He said bring the pillow back or I’ll charge your card. We were 3 hours down the road plus we didn’t have the pillow. I offered to take a picture of my car but he just repeated himself. Its a scam. I cancelled my credit card so he couldn’t charge anything else and am disputing it.
Suggested solution:
The guy needs to be fired. Or he needs to look into his housekeeping staff.
