My complaint:

Sorry for the inconvenience I came to Bowling Green to visit a friend and she made me a reservation for a hotel well I was not aware of which hotel she made the reservation at because my phone was dead, I was tired so I checked into room 229 that I previously stayed in I was charged 143.00 with a deposit when I turned my phone on, I received the reservation information for the other hotel so I asked for my refund the guy was rude but he gave me 50.00 deposit back and said call back on 892022 and speak with manager about getting your money back but there is no sign in the office that says no refund and I believe the guy over charged me for the room that I was in at the time

Suggested solution:

They should resolve this issue by just giving my refund back I never touch anything in the room and the guy inspected it and said he can pass the word to his manager today well I called and a young girl answered and said her manager doesn't work today I ask her why did the gentleman tell me to call her today and speak with her about getting refunded or CREDIT FOR a room they are trying to steal my money by not refunding me back when I didn't stay there at all and I don't think that is right because what happens when a customer is not satisfied with their room? This hotel doesn't have not notice hanging up that lets the customers know that there is NO REFUND.
