My complaint:
Nothing worked,major false advertising,they said it’s 100% smoke free but people were smoking everywhere in front of our rooms,no security at all,no one ever sat in the reception when we went to complain even,our stay was horrific
Suggested solution:
Any compensation for us would be fine enough but it was a ridiculous stay all I have to stay
