My complaint:
I’m at hurricane victim FEMA ID 61-3739027 Disaster 4673.
I lost everything except my pets we survived and I picked them up from the us guards. I reserved a room on a booking site and told them I had 4 pets need it for a week or maybe longer but a week for now til FEMA sets up FEMA city for shelters.
The night manager said there was a complaint but my dogs go to boarding during the day for exercise and playing and come back to sleep because they are full for boarding. They are quite and sleep and leave in morning The night manager on Saturday nights has told me to leave tonight on 1082022 my check out is 10102022 he told me his giving me a DR which I’m not Familiar with this term and I need to leave right away I’ve been so much pain and hurt and wish someone could call this red roof for disaster help.
Also I caught bed bugs and never complained because I know that my dogs are a problem look at photos under my arm on my thumb under left arm and right forearm and right hand going to walk in clinic to get a doctors exam to consult me of what this is from and I’ve been told and and resulted from internet result that this rash and 2 to 3 small bites are caused by BED Bugs. Saturday Night Manager said to me when I showed him my arms He answered that’s Mosquito bites I answered could it possibly be bedbugs he answered we’re not allowed to discuss bedbugs
Suggested solution:
Please allow me to just check out on Monday for the day I paid for which is one more day on Sunday and I will leave and would hope that night manager on Saturday is spoke to about people who have been in a disaster and him know that I’m not living off the welfare assistance paying for a room to live in a hotel.
And he needs to know that I’ve lost everything and I’m paying for my week room stay because I was in a disaster from a hurricane and he needs to know that what he did was so upsetting to me and the only thing I have is my pets and I hope he never has to experience what many of us are going thru.
