My complaint:
Day one, minute one…
No pillows, sink and bathtub clogged.
Front desk can’t do anything until the morning.
In the morning, no room service, no maintenance as it’s the weekend and no toiletries.
Guests and EMPLOYEES are smoking indoors, drugs are utilized indoors, sold indoors.
Guns.
Prostitution.
I ran with my son for our lives .
Red roof inn said oh come on, the owner of this franchise is a pastor.
Suggested solution:
Full refund.
Apology.
Get the place inspected by the state.
