Red Roof Inn complaint: Extremely Rude Man employed by Red Roof

My complaint:

Tuesday, October 18, 2022 Attempted to secure a room No personnel in office. Rang bell twice. sat in a chair waited almost 30 min. Went to the front of the desk to see if there was a closed or no vacancy sign. The male employee rushes in and yells “what are you doing?” I said “looking to book a room”. He screams “Get out” I was stunned. I said “Excuse. Me”. He said “get out or I will call the police.” Enters a guest saying his key didn’t work as the employee continued to scream “get out or I am calling the police.”
I must say, I am a mature, professional woman and have never been spoken to or treated so rudely. I asked if I may have his name…same refrain “get out or I am calling police.” This man did completely unnerve me plus why was he away from his post so long? I assure you, I am no threat to anyone. I am articulate and educated. This man did this behavior in front of another guest. He is no asset to The Red Roof Corporation.

Suggested solution:

I feel this employee needs either anger management training or customer service protocol.training. If he is the first face you encounter representing Red Roof Inn it is a serious problem.
