My complaint:
I have opened an internet account with them and the service was so bad that I closed it the same month.
When I signed up the had a promotion of getting their service and the first month was free.
I closed the account and returned the equipment before the end of the first month I am being charged for the first and second month internet which I did not have.
Suggested solution:
Remove the collection charges from my account and close your business, so people won’t waste their time with you lies and poor service.
