My complaint:

handicap senior shutin being denied my rights as a customer to promos for lesser amount for bill.has jumped from 171 to 197.00 from apr bill to mays bill..unreal i cant afford this have no job on fixed income..dont know how many more times the bill will keep going before the new year…tv company is charging all this money for nothing on tv everything is old or keep showing the same moviesshows too old,most channels with anything them on them they want to charge for this is a rip off have unlimited internet is 10.00 the rest is fees. someone needs to investigate how they are taking advantage of elderly.. dc..please help

denied promos they put some kind of block in computer so rep cant remove it unfair need lower price or cant use internet to pay bills online at bank...they wont let you just have the internet by itself....i rather have that tired of trying to work them other companies verizonattcomcast bills jumped too high to pay without a job......
