My complaint:
During thanksgiving they gave th following offer like , Refer everyone you know.They join and spend $40.You each get $40. So using my family referral link i joined and spend 40$ so i get a joining bonus so i referred my another member and asked her to spend some bucks which she did. The both referrel activity was shown up initially. When i go and check now its telling that you didnt reffer anyone and also the sign up bonus 40$ removed from my account. Suggested solution:
I sent mail but didnt get any reply.i need 80$ credit in my Rakuten account. 40[ I got referred and spend ] and another 40 is for [i referred 1 person and they spend on it]
