Rakuten complaint: Amount withdrawl

My complaint:

I completed 02 task. VIP 1 2. But when I completed last task of VIP 3, They says that one more task to be complete. After this they say one more task. Which required 42,000-. I don’t have money. They didn’t returned any amount to you. Now says after completion of task tou will ge amt. How it can be believed. May be they tell one more to be undergo. Please help me to get my actual amount atleast, excluding profit, commission, bonus. Immediate intervention is requested from your side.
