With due respect that I selbestar that I used the Rakuten app get from whatsapp and I work here I complete the vip 3 but I can’t get permission the withdraw the amount due to my amount is freezing I paid for freezing amount but again the amount is freezing, now I didn’t have money to pay for this, please I request you help me to withdraw the amount my situation is very bad.kindly to do the settlement.
Suggested solution:
Till now I not satisfied unless I withdraw the amount.
