My complaint:
I can’t log in to my account. I emailed Rakuten and received automatic messages, no support. Two weeks had past and I fiiled a complaint with BBB and only than did Rakuten reply back. I answered there email inquiry about orders, than they stated that information wasn’t suffice. Suffice? I clearly answered there questions about recent orders, of which I had no record of the orders they asked me about. I followed back up, and received a reply the case is closed and will not open my account. HUH?
I am livid. I won’t receive my cash back owed on 215 and can’t log on. Besides the inquiry they asked me about, they owe me Cash back. I am so mad.
Suggested solution:
I want my cash back, at this juncture I don't care about logging back in and using them anymore. This hiccup proved to me there lack of support. Just awful, scam
