My complaint:
Rakuten has flagged my account :- nisargindian@gmail.com for a wrong violation and now have holder my hard earned cashback ($703) and are hesitant enough to get this sorted. Trying to handle this matter the good way of they are kind and generous enough to consider my account reinstated request pls.
Suggested solution:
Reactivating the account asap…
