My complaint:
Got a flight voucher for a flight cancelled in 2020. Booked a flight under the amount 3 times and they keep auto cancelling and telling me to rebook and there is no reason for it. The expiry is soon.
I spoke to them and they said they would issue the ticket. Didn’t talk to me for 3 days then said I need to rebook and the price of the ticket keeps going up.
Suggested solution:
Refund of the voucher or issue the ticket for the original amount.
