My complaint:
My flight from Bologna to Vienna on May 20, 2022 was at 10:25, so the flight was canceled, but I was not emailed or informed about it. I was then ed and sent a 14:40 ticket for May 21, followed by another email at 6:20 on May 20. i reached airport at 3 o’clock in the morning, lined up for boarding but I was told my ticket was canceled and called on May 21 at 14:40 I returned disappointed. I arrived at the airport on May 21 hoping to leave but was turned away on May 21 also and only on May 22 did I get to leave. In the meantime, I was under a lot of stress and I suffered a lot from this. For proof, all the tickets issued by Airline are with Airline. I have also if necessary.
Suggested solution:
I had to arrange for compensation for the damage I suffered and the mental stress
