Qatar Airways complaint: Paid for reserved seats but did not get these at check in

My complaint:

Departed on Sunday 27th March – Gatwick to Cape Town via Doha
Returned on Friday 8th April to London Heathrow via Doha

We went to South Africa via Doha and on each trip we did not sit in my prepaid seats at all.

I was most disappointed with our final flight as my daughter and I were looking forward to sitting on the upper deck, instead, we found ourselves in row 70 isle and middle seats!! This was a most uncomfortable flight which I had not paid for.
In row 63, there were 2 vacant seats and we not offered these seats from the flight crew. I was told that they cannot change seats after the land crew had allocated the boarding passes.

Based on this – I respectfully request a full refund for all 4 flights.
